CoolTeg Plus DF
CoolTeg Plus DF40 – this unique cooling unit with a width of mere 40 cm and a maximum power of up to 24.5 kW can be connected to a hydraulic circuit (water-glycol) with a pump and an external dry cooler. A great advantage lies in the possibility to connect a single unit or multiple units to one hydraulic circuit, or to connect a group of units to one hydraulic circuit and another group to another hydraulic circuit, or to connect all units (or groups of units) to any number of hydraulic circuits - there are countless options to save acquisition costs or to increase redundancy of the data center cooling system.
Compared to a water-based cooling system (CW unit) with chillers, the advantage of the CoolTeg plus DF system lies mainly in the redundancy at the indoor unit.
Compared to a compressor-based cooling system, the advantage of CoolTeg plus DF lies mainly in the integration of free cooling and considerable savings in operating costs (i.e., electricity costs) in the winter months.
Thanks to the extraordinarily wide range of options for connecting the units and hydraulic circuits, the CoolTeg Plus DF system is suitable for data centers of all sizes.

CoolTeg Plus DX
The units are equipped with power-efficient EC fans and an obliquely placed highly efficient heat exchanger. Temperature and humidity are measured in both the cold and warm zones, and the area for air intake and conditioned air exhaust has been maximized to optimize air distribution. The main differences can be found in the unit controller. We use a brand new controller with advanced CONTEG software and a new 4.3"" graphic color touch screen that matches the 21st-century air conditioning technology. One display can serve up to 16 air conditioning units in the data room with a maximum cable length of 500 m. The system communicates via the TCP/IP protocol, leverages an integrated web server and can be remotely controlled and supervised from a PC over the internet. CoolTeg Plus DX units are designed to be connected to selected state-of-the-art Mitsubishi Electric outdoor compressor units. CoolTeg Plus are the most modern units from the precision cooling family suitable for efficient cooling of server rooms and data centers of all types.
The refrigerant system is limited by the distance between the indoor and outdoor units (see detailed technical documents) and their height difference. Cooling operation is guaranteed in the outdoor temperature range from -15 to +46 °C. CoolTeg Plus DX with an outdoor unit is a highly efficient system with an environmentally friendly coolant, which is especially suitable for server rooms with a total output of up to 100 kW. Where a greater cooling capacity is needed, it would be more economical to use a water-based system. The cooling capacity of each unit is individually adjusted according to the immediate requirements by the power of the compressor, the opening of the electronic expansion valve and the speed of the fans of the outdoor and indoor units. When it is necessary to reduce the relative humidity of the room to a preset level, the unit automatically responds by reducing the air flow and increasing the cooling capacity. CoolTeg Plus DX units provide maximum sensible cooling capacity in relation to the latent cooling capacity thanks to an advanced humidity management logic. Year-round energy consumption compared to other air conditioning units is therefore significantly lower.

CoolTeg Plus CW

The cooling capacity of each unit is individually adjusted according to the immediate requirements by the position of the three-way valve. Adjustment of the speed of the fans allows to achieve constant temperature distribution in the cold and hot zones of the data center. When it is necessary to reduce the relative humidity of the room to a preset level, the unit automatically responds by reducing the air flow and opening the water valve.
CoolTeg and CoolTeg Plus CW (chilled water) units deliver maximum sensible cooling capacity in relation to the latent cooling capacity thanks to advanced humidity management logic. Year-round energy consumption compared to other air conditioning units is therefore significantly lower. CoolTeg Plus CW units are perfectly suited for cooling systems with free cooling. Solutions with CoolTeg Plus units can be used for demanding uses cases, such as computing clusters, HPC (High Performance Computing), grids, bitcoin mining, etc.

CoolTeg Plus XC30 - this unique cooling unit with a width of mere 30 cm and maximum power of up to 22 kW features a two-piston rotary compressor and BLDC control, which enables smooth adjustment of cooling power in the range from 10% to 100%. This extremely versatile unit is particularly suitable for smaller data centers or any use case where powerful cooling units would be oversized in terms of performance and price.

CoolTop DX
CoolTop DX indoor units are connected to outdoor condensing units by means of a refrigerant pipe. The CoolTop DX unit includes a special exchanger with two separate refrigerant circuits.
In basic mode, one 19 kW or 24 kW outdoor unit can be connected to each CoolTop unit. If higher cooling capacity is required, a second outdoor cooling unit may be connected to increase the cooling capacity to up to 38 kW or 48 kW.
CoolTop is a solution that is not only economical, but also effective, serving to immediately increase the cooling performance without the need for structural modifications. CoolTop cooling units are suitable for closed cold aisle and closed hot aisle and can also be combined with CoolTeg units in the same zone/aisle.

CoolSpot CW TW
The air conditioning units are supplied with a special adapter – a roof plate that fits exactly to the respective CONTEG cabinet type and the size of the cooling unit. Naturally, the units require space above the cabinet for installation and service. CoolSpot AC-TW units are compatible with free-standing RSF and RDF series cabinets.
A great advantage of the Top Mount design is the option to supplement the system of the cabinet and air conditioning unit with a separation frame and plugs, which will perfectly separate the cold zone for IT components from the warm zone from which air is drawn into the CoolSpot cooler. The result is highly efficient, cost-effective cooling.

CoolSpot CW WW
The air conditioning unit is supplied with an adapter – a special side panel and base that perfectly fits the selected type of cabinet and the dimensions of the air conditioning unit. CoolSpot WW devices are compatible with free-standing cabinets of the RSF, RDF series.
CoolSpot CWs have been developed for locations where heat and noise from the compressor circuit might interfere with other operations in the room. The units require a connection to the building’s central cold water supply. The cooling capacity of each air conditioning unit is controlled by a 2-way valve according to the actual need in order to maintain the required temperature inside the CONTEG cabinet.

CoolSpot DX TM
The advantage of rooftop installation is the creation of a cold zone in the front part of the cabinet and a warm zone in its rear part. Such separated temperature zones are ideal for IT equipment and increase cooling efficiency. The CoolSpot TM range of air conditioning units covers uses cases with low, medium and high heat loads thanks to a cooling capacity of up to 6 kW. CoolSpot TM air conditioning units are therefore suitable for cooling of free-standing cabinets and as an additional system in data centers and server rooms with an undersized central air conditioning system.
When installing cabinets with this type of air conditioning unit in closed spaces, always make sure that there is sufficient headroom as well as sufficient heat removal capacity by ventilation or air conditioning of the room (up to 1.3x the cooling capacity of the unit).

CoolSpot DX WM
The advantage of lateral installation is the option to fit the cabinet with two units from both sides. This ensures redundancy in the event of a failure of the cooling system. The CoolSpot WM range of air conditioning units is designed for low to medium heat loads (up to 3kW per cabinet).
CoolSpot WM wall-mounted air conditioning units use the same technology as rooftop air conditioning units. We can therefore recommend them as additional cooling for server rooms and data centers with an undersized central air conditioning system, or for standalone cabinets.
When installing in closed spaces, always make sure that there is sufficient heat removal capacity by ventilation or air conditioning of the room (up to 1.3x the cooling capacity of the unit).

Thanks to the hot gas bypass technology, the cooling output can be adjusted up from 11% of the total cooling output, regardless of the outdoor conditions. A combination of a specially designed condenser, EC fans, and an optional dynamic condensing pressure control system minimizes the power consumption of the cooling unit as well as the level of emitted noise.
A built-in controller with special CONTEG SW software takes care of the operation of the unit and the correct functionality of all its components. The controller also ensures communication with the indoor unit over the Fieldbus protocol. Basic operating parameters of the outdoor unit can be monitored on the indoor unit. The design of the condensing unit allows its attachment to the floor or the wall. The CoolOut units are extremely user-friendly and simple to set up and operate. First start and operation is very easy.

The deflector directs the flow of cold air to the cold zone in the front part of the cabinet (provided cold air is supplied through a double floor and enters through the lower frame of the cabinet). Deflectors are available in two designs – for RSF/RDF series cabinets and for ROF. The ROF version is designed for cabinets with widths of 600 and 800 mm and depths of 800, 1000 and 1200 mm. The deflector can be equipped with a ventilation unit with three fans. This solution actively blows air into the cold zone. The version for RSF/RDF cabinets does not take up any space in 19"" rails and is easily installed in the bottom cover of RSF/RDF cabinets with a width of 600 or 800 mm.

RAMOS Ultra
RAMOS Ultra can record all trigger events and alarms in a database with a time stamp. Then unit features 8 intelligent ports with automatic detection that accommodate a wide range of intelligent sensors (to monitor temperature, humidity, water leakage, air flow, and access, to control relays, detect AC voltage, measure DC voltage, etc.). Sensors allow data collection and aggregation for presentation in charts to show trends in air flow, temperature, and humidity fluctuations.
Intuitive web user interface for sensor configuration, data collection, and extensive support for graphical display of values. A full set of remote management features is supported, including secure SNMP v3. The device also supports Modbus Primary/Secondary, Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP protocols, creating unique, easily configurable Modbus/SNMP gateways. The web interface is written in PHP, allowing end users to adapt it to their needs, including different language versions. RAMOS Ultra has an internal battery-backed timer for accurate record keeping. RAMOS Ultra is based on a Linux operating system with a Lighttpd web server supporting TCP/IP, HTTPS (SSL), Bash, Perl, PHP, Telnet, Email and Nagios.

RAMOS Optimax
The device features a very low profile, occupying only 1U of height in a rack cabinet when placed horizontally on rails, yet it supports up to 150 sensors. RAMOS Optimax can be expanded in 2 ways - either using basic BEX expanders (RAMOS-BEX-I8-D10) with a maximum total cable length of 10 m in one line, or using standard expansion modules (RAMOS Ultra O16, I8, D64, D128, D192, RMS-ACS-U-RDU).
Also available is a RAMOS Optimax GSM version with a built-in 4G modem and an external antenna. This version supports SMS notifications and can communicate over the GSM network. A built-in web server of the RAMOS Optimax unit (GSM) enables convenient setting, control and management from any location. In the event of an alarm, the unit sends a notification by e-mail or SMS to predefined recipients (GSM version).
RAMOS Optimax can also be integrated into the CONTEG Pro Server application for central management and supervision of the monitored environment. A wide range of accessories are available for the main monitoring unit, such as detectors, sensors, sirens, magnetic door contacts, expansion modules, etc.

Systeme d'extinction local LES-RACK
The LES-RACK-M1 unit offers a comprehensive fire detection, control, assessment, communication and extinguishing system. Larger server racks and adjacent cabinets can be protected with additional LES-RACK-M1 units. LES-RACK floods the protected area with clean gas until the fire is completely extinguished. The unit includes a reservoir with FK-5-1-12 agent, in compliance with TÚPO (Technical Institute of Fire Protection, authorized person 221). The non-pressurized solution enables air transport. After activation, the device can be filled with extinguishing agent at the installation site. For fire detection, each LES-RACK system is equipped with an optical fire detector connected to the assessment and control unit. The integrated control unit indicates the current status in the system, checks and assesses the operation of the fire extinguisher. The LES-RACK M1 system supports communication with the building’s fire alarm control panel (FACP).

Systeme préventif anti-incendie hypoxique
How does the system work? Ambient air (with a 21% oxygen content) is sucked into air pipes with a compressor and travels to a hypoxic generator which removes impurities and makes the air hypoxic (with an oxygen level below 16%). The hypoxic air is pumped into the data center room to prevent fire. Low-oxygen air escapes from the room, ensuring flow and ventilation of the space. The monitoring and control unit automatically monitors the room with oxygen sensors and ensures a stable and healthy environment with reduced oxygen level.

Consoles KVM LCD
KVM consoles are designed for deployment in server rooms and large data centers. Consoles allow direct or remote access to individual servers or their stacks. Conteg KVM consoles enable easy configuration and management of servers from all major vendors (IBM, HP, DELL, SUN, and others). Their advantage is the integration of a KVM switch and a LCD console with a keyboard and touchpad into a compact unit with a height of 1U.
LCD holders are fitted with high-quality 17"" or 19"" SAMSUNG monitors. The design of the holder allows it to be folded so that the total height of the console with the LCD monitor does not exceed 1U. The holder also includes brackets for easy installation and extension of the KVM/LCD console. A major advantage of CONTEG holders is a full-sized keyboard (incl. numeric keypad and a touchpad) with 104 keys and a different language versions available. LCD holders can be combined with KVM consoles from the Conteg portfolio. If you cannot find the LCD holder or KVM console you need, contact us to find a solution. Smart Terminal Display
The display can also be mounted on a VESA holder/stand and connected to the CPS application in the control room. Cable outlets are available on 4 sides (top, bottom, left and right) for easy cable routing. There are also 4 holes in the corners of the display for mounting on the wall or the side panel of the cabinet.
The touch display with built-in SBC computer is very quiet thanks to passive cooling. Display setting buttons are located at the bottom.
The VNC application enables remote access to the touchscreens of the CONTEG cooling units.

CONTEG Pro Server — Logiciel de gestion
The application is designed for the management of physical infrastructure - to control user access rights, CCTV cameras and environmental sensors, and for local or remote monitoring of integrated IT devices (PDU, UPS, IP cameras...). When an alarm is triggered, CPS can send notifications via SMS, MMS, and e-mail or perform various actions.
The application can also work in a “multi-tenant” mode, which allows to define specific administration and access rights for different users.

CONTEG Aegis DCIM
Helps increase data center efficiency. Generally, PUE calculations with manually collected information are done on a monthly basis. Manually collected information is only suitable for reporting. If you wish to improve the operation of the data center and make it more efficient, you need real-time information. CONTEG Aegis DCIM collects, analyzes and reports all the required information about the operation of the data center in real time using standardized data communication protocols.
Integration of third-party applications. The system is designed to be compatible with other types of third-party devices, equipment and software to the maximum possible extent. It supports integration with databases such as SAP BAPI, MsSQL server 2005, MySQL, Oracle, MS Access, ODBC, OLEDB, Data-mining grid control, OPC, SNMP and real-time data-mining. CONTEG Aegis DCIM is designed individually for each customer for maximum user-friendliness.
We offer three versions of the DCIM solution:
SERVER ROOM – limited to 500 data points* with the use of CONTEG products only. Suitable for up to 10 cabinets, 5 coolTEG units, 2 chillers, 20 PDUs, 20 door contacts, 20 temperature1 and 10 humidity sensors, using the RAMOS monitoring system.

Portes
DOORS
A basic element of the cabinet enclosure. They can be mounted at the front or the back of the cabinet, depending on the specific type of cabinet. The offer includes 10 types of doors with different characteristics. All doors are fitted with locks.

SIDE PANELS
Side panels restrict access from the sides of the cabinets. At the same time, they will allow access for infrastructure cabling installations, if rear access is limited. There are two types of side panels on offer.
REAR PANELS
The rear panel is used in cabinets where it is assumed that there will be no need to access the back of the cabinet frequently, or where the location of the cabinet makes it impossible to use the door. There are 3 types of rear panels on offer.

The top covers are undivided, in three different designs. They are delivered either installed on the cabinet or separately in a cardboard box. Covers are delivered complete with plugs for the cable inputs.

The bottom covers are designed as multi-part. The complete bottom cover of the cabinet consists of 3 or 4 covers (parts). They are delivered either as installed in the cabinet or separately (individual parts) in a box. Covers are delivered complete with plugs for the cable inputs.
